Subscription and Credits

Eluvit operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you can access multiple AI models and advanced features.

The free plan includes limited daily credits and basic access, while paid plans provide higher credits and broader model access.

Due to the nature of digital AI services and immediate third-party API costs incurred upon usage, refunds are limited as described below.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee only when all conditions below are met.

The refund request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date
There has been zero usage after subscription (no requests, generations, or credit consumption)
Partial refunds are not provided

Refunds are not provided in the following situations:

The 7-day refund window has passed
Any service usage occurs after subscription, even a single request
The request is for a partial refund
Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
Subsequent renewals after the first subscription period, unless canceled before renewal

You can cancel your subscription at any time in account settings or by contacting support.

After cancellation, access remains available until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will apply.

Please include your account email and order number when requesting a refund.

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
